The Head of Retail Operations will serve as a business and strategic partner to execute the
company’s overall corporate strategy for all Retail operations within South East Asia.
This position contributes to growth and success of the brand's reputable brand by supporting all
aspects of the company's retail operations--from build out to daily management.
He will assume leadership for all store operations functions and will provide the strategic vision
necessary to execute aggressive store growth plan, maximize profits and increase sales in
stores. Responsible for compliance with company standards and for setting and developing the
processes and performance measurements that will enable the department to successfully meet
company goals and objectives. The HOD must be a driving force and cheerleader towards a
customer-centric culture at store level.
Develops and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals for both owned stores and our
partnered stores through optimizing display merchandising, innovation launches, ad
promotions and trade spend.
Leads the strategic plan for business processes related to in-store implementation and
execution across all store concepts. Develops and implements in-store programs designed
around industry best practices to increase efficiency in operational and Brand excellence.
Manages client relationships with franchised partners in the region. Interacts with Product
and Marketing team to support marketing, promotional plans and e-commerce where
applicable. Also manages Mall Property operator and Vendor relationships.
Strategic leader between the field organization and the retail back office. Ensures all
corporate departments have knowledge of and understand Store Operations processes
and policies related to interfacing with the field organization.
Development and execution of reporting and analytics in the retail supply chain, including
forecasting, product assortment, pricing strategies, sourcing, development and tracking.
Current & future state system/POS Analysis.
Plan, identify, communicate and delegate key responsibilities and practices to the store
management team to ensure smooth flow of operations.
Review store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns,
and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching to the store management
team to take action and achieve operational goals.
Provide store managers and staff with coaching, feedback, and developmental
opportunities and building effective teams.
Manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and
purpose of Company.
• Bachelor’s degree or with equivalent amount of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive retail work experience with an international established brand, preferably in footwear,
apparel, fashion or fast moving specialty retailer.
• Ability to understand and manage brand marketing concepts, real estate property and legal
requirement is necessary. Experience in a regional environment managing franchised store will
