What you can look forward to accomplishing
This position will be responsible for the integrated marketing communications strategy and execution plans for Japan which include development, planning and execution of brand awareness, digital communications, print, ads, events, lead generating campaigns,

• Serve as the point-person in implementing and executing communications initiatives and activities for the company brand
• Ensure all printed and electronic communication materials adhere to the corporate identity standards 
• Create robust campaigns to generate sales leads and increase growth opportunities
• Effective event planning, management and execution. Have a clear measurement and track ROI
• Have a good understanding of the local media play and establish good relationship with key media, and support media relations programs
• Work closely with regional team and coordinate country communications efforts
• Lead projects and implement processes related to e-marketing
• Drive online campaigns on various online channels (e.g. SNS, email blast, banners, web site, mobile

Skills and experience that you need to bring to our company
  • Native Japanese Speaker
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in business management or marketi
  • 3 to 5 years working experience in marketing or marketing communications field in MNC, Life Science related (preferable)
  • Good working knowledge and experience of marketing communications activities in different off and online channels
  • Proven project management experience and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic marketing communications plan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and Influencing skills
  • Fluent English both in spoken and writing
  • Excellent office skill
