Key account sales for JOEM

As a key account sales, you can earn business experience with JOEM customers in a global environment. As a future career path, you may be responsible for the position of the Global Key Account Manager.
Job Description
We are responsible for conducting marketing activities to earn revenue and increase market share.
· Creating an efficient sales activity plan, monitoring business development progress, sales activities to achieve customer sales targets
· Regular customer visits and grasp of customer needs · Problem solving. Create value propositions and acquire new projects
· In-house adjustment to negotiate with customers, sign a contract
· Introduction of new marketing staff and new products · Pricing · Promotion. Monitoring, analysis and reporting of competitors' sales activities, channels, and product development
· Confirmation and analysis of marketing environment · Goal · Plan and business activities. Adjust sales strategy and formulate corrective precaution measures to achieve sales target
· Global Customer Team Leader / Regional Customer Team Leader / Cross Communication and Information Exhibition with Key Account Manager
Participate in a telephone conference with overseas to open and build a global business.
Qualification requirements
· At least 8 years strong sales experience (related industry experience, market research knowledge, analysis and forecasting)
· High communication ability and presentation ability for executive level
· Leadership experience in managing team leaders, high interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers in any position
· Ability and motivation ability to voluntarily work
· Fluent English ability and Japanese ability (reading, writing, conversation)
⇒ Communication with account managers in each country, used for conference calls
· Technical knowledge (mechanical and electrical systems)
· Graduated from a four-year university
