職務内容 The Position
Plan, co-ordinate and implement general training & Development programs for the organization. This includes client consulting, identifying learning needs, planning of L&D strategies develop annual training programs.
You will also be responsible for the budgeting and cost control, exploring new training opportunities, facilitating learning programs, benchmarking, developing a healthy working relationship with external vendors and employee communications associated with learning & Development.
The role will support or lead ad hoc HR and OD projects including; Organizational design, employee engagement, change management, and talent succession plans to enable the business vision and goals.
Supporting Japan's Diversity & Inclusion strategies, plan and implement D&I related programs
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years in HR professional experience in a L&D / OD area
- Ability to evaluate and derive relevant insights on business and organization performance
- Experience in multi-national environment
- Experience as a training facilitator
