職務内容 The Position

This position is for a HR Business Partner.
This position will allow you to partner with the various senior leaders in assigned client groups to develop and execute the HR strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into a HR agenda that supports the business.
The HR Business Partner will assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas. In the meantime, you will conduct HR initiatives to transform HR model / function and to drive Talent & Culture agenda. 

必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience

BS/BA degree.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in HR BP role and/or Talent Management / Organization development role.

Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions

Effective collaboration with a global HR team

Strong Project/Program Management Skills

Ability to influence cross-functionally in responding to business and environmental needs and driving execution in complex, matrixed organization.

Effective communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills

Self-starter and ability to work independently

Basic understanding to local legal requirements about HR matters.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes
