The role is part of a new team focused on client services and sales support to ensure successful end-to-end client erxperience.
Manage change activities for clients, such as; On-boarding project, Legal document updates, Termination and In-specie transition.
Cash management for institutional clients and fund orders for discretionary investment contract accounts.
Monitor portfolio performance and accounting in detail.
Coordinate performance review meeting for clients, client due diligence and inquiry handling, collaborating with various teams (Investment, Compliance, etc).
Work as a partner of various sales to support gaining further cash flow.
Central point of contact with the global team to leverage the company's international business expertise.Required Skills:
About a decade of overall experience with at least 5 years in asset management.
In-depth understanding of product development, operation and institutional client service.
Strong business communication skills; Business English preferred
Ability to manage projects and client accounts successfully.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with good rapport building skills
Relevant knowledge on the roles and regulations governing asset management and intermediary sales is required
