Job Scope :
This position is for sales and business development of some products. The Account Manager is responsible for customer commercial interface for JOEM and for coordination for some business in global market (Include current business maintenance & new business).
Communicate with customer, propose products presentation, manage customer event and prototype status, receive customer needs and requirements, propose products/technologies to the customer, win business, and manage development to production preparation and launch to gain full trust from the customer.

Make necessary coordination for current & new business and lead sales growth .
Research customer needs and make proactive proposal for new products/technology & improvements on current programs
Understand future customer needs and requirements for new products/technologies.
Manage prototype orders and delivery schedule
Coordinate internal and external communication.
Interface with alliance partner for collaboration activities
Sales or Sales engineering experience/skill
Knowledge or experience of the Automotive industry, internal process of automakers , suppliers
Knowledge of Japanese & Western business culture
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, positive thinking
Negotiation /Presentation skill
Ability to work in team
Educational and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred
More than 5 years experience in automotive supplier
Fluent Japanese and English
Engineering background is preferred(Educational or work experience)
